Usher, Katy Perry, Alicia Keys headlines Kids’ Inaugural Concert in Washington (Photos)

Usher had the fans at the Washington Convention Center rocking on Saturday night. Performers took the stage to sing for the military families for a special concert. Usher, Katy Perry, Alicia Keys, Fun and others entertained the First Lady Michelle Obama and her family at children's concert to celebrate military families. Kicking off the festivities, the U.S. capitol is preparing for the second inauguration of U.S. President Barack Obama, which will take place this weekend.

One performer after another took the stage to share a moment with the families and the kids watching the show live as well as online loved it. The live audience of primarily invited guests, but a few fans bought seats too, was treated to a star studded affair that had everyone enjoying the music.

While the President wasn't the focus of this event, his family was sharing a special moment with those who are part of the military. Involving other families that have parents in the military, it was a chance for the kids to appreciate the sounds of current pop culture.
