Usher and Justin Bieber are in Panama together as is Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, for what sounds like a sort of intervention. On Jan. 26, the New York Daily News reported that Bieber's mentors (if you will) are planning to have a "sit down" with him following his out of control behavior. With reports of significant drug use and under age drinking, many believe that Bieber might need to go to rehab.
While drinking is expected and maybe the use of marijuana is sort of a no-brainer, many feel that Justin's latest actions (allegedly egging his neighbor's house, getting pulled over for DUI in Miami) signify that something a lot more serious is going on.
If Usher can tame Justin Bieber in Panama -- or at least talk some sense into him, perhaps Justin will lay low for a while and realize that blowing his career isn't worth a few nights partying. Other sources have suggested that even more Bieber confidants have traveled to Panama -- like his mom, Pattie Mallette and another close friend, Ryan Good. If all of these people have come together to help Bieber, this could be a good thing -- just the thing that Bieber needs.
But then again, you can't help someone who doesn't want to help themselves. Do you think Justin Bieber will end up in rehab?
Will Usher help Justin Bieber in Panama? Do you think his friends and family members are making a good decision to talk to him and try and curb his bad behavior?
