Is the USGS “dumbing down” the number of earthquakes and their magnitudes? Are quakes being ignored, dropped, lowered in magnitude, and even deleted from reports? Why this this being done?

Because the “just fell off the turnip truck" public needs to be kept in the dark about the dramatic earth changes caused by Planet X (Nibiru) in the neighborhood. Per the Zetas of ZetaTalk, to ensure that the public did not notice the increases, USGS took control of all websites reporting quake statistics, although at times, control breaks and discrepancies are reported to the public, and some countries rebelled.
For years, the US Geological Survey (USGS) used the Richter scale to measure earthquakes, and for years, it reported their findings in an honest and easy to read and understand manner. However, with the entrance of Planet X (Nibiru) into the solar system, all that has changed. Since that time, the number and size of quakes have increased dramatically, and with that increase, USGS's method of reporting has also changed – it is no longer accurate or honest.
Many earthquakes are either not reported or deleted from the USGS databases, or they are reported at magnitudes much lower than those actually experienced. This misleading information has been noticed and commented on by many, especially long-time followers of USGS earthquake reporting.
For Richter and Mercalli scales see: "Uptick in quakes globally: Use Richter and Modified Mercalli scales as guide"
For example, people in an area report being awakened by a quake, and dishes, windows, and doors rattling, which on the Richter scale would put the quake at magnitude 3.0 and on the Mercalli scale IV. Yet the USGS reports that quake as a 1.2, which according to the Mercalli scale means it could only be detected by sensitive instruments, not people.
Once upon a time, the USGS quake reports started with the quake's magnitude followed by its location and depth. Now, you must search a jumble of data just to find the magnitude. If you do find the magnitude . . . wait a minute . . . it will probably change several times before finally settling on a much lower magnitude than originally reported. And, if you don’t look quickly, the quake itself just might vanish . . . poof!
Per the Zetas, more than 90 percent of earthquake activity is being altered by the USGS. Not only is USGS altering data with regard to earthquakes and earth movement (shaking), but public access to other methods of reporting that indicate earth movement is being severely limited.
- The NOAA buoy data, which shows dramatic rising and falling of the ocean floor indicative of plate movement under the waves, are no longer available to the public. Per the Zetas of ZetaTalk (11/24/2012): Buoys have proven to be an embarrassment in that they show the ocean floor rising or falling and in accordance with Zeta predictions. They say that the buoys are not really being taken out of service when they flag plate movement, but the information is simply made off limits to the public.
- Earth movement (shaking) as reported on the USGS Live Internet Seismic Server (LISS) heliplots (World heliplots, USA heliplots) is showing less and often no information for areas of intense shaking; such charts are now marked “data not available.” Note: Locations on heliplots marked “data not available” and on buoys marked “out-of-service” are the very areas that should be closely watched.
- And last but not least, Web services for the Space Weather Simulation and Real-time Magnetosphere Simulation (SWS) have been terminated because “the lease period for the supercomputer has ended and it has become impossible due to various reasons to immediately introduce a super computer for this purpose . . . we will aim to resume real-time simulation in the near future.”
Surely they jest! Be aware. Be prepared. Comment if you like.
