CHEA (Christian Home Educators Association) of California will once again be hosting the huge Used Curriculum Exchange at the annual CHEA Homeschool Convention in Long Beach. The convention will run Thursday, June 9, through Saturday, June 11, 2009.

Thousands of used homeschool books, curriculum, educational software, games, and more will be available for purchase by convention attendees.

The Used Curriculum Exchange (UCE) will open on Thursday night at 6:00 p.m. for current CHEA members. CHEA Platinum, Gold and Silver members will be allowed into the used curriculum area one hour earlier, at 5:00 p.m. The UCE closes at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday night.

Numbered admission tickets are required to enter the sale area on Thursday night, and are included in the confirmation packets for pre-registered attendees. Attendees registering at the door may obtain an admission ticket to the UCE at the information booth by presenting a CHEA membership card after registering for the convention.

The Used Curriculum Exchange will be open to all convention attendees on Friday, July 10, 2009, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Homeschoolers who are interested in selling their used curriculum should contact the CHEA Used Curriculum Exchange coordinator for guidelines and to check space availability.
