Use in-season blueberries to make an easy dessert

Blueberries are in season in Georgia. They are deliciously sweet and make wonderful desserts. Try this easy recipe for Blueberry Crunch, courtesy of my grandmother's church cookbook.

Mix together 1 stick margarine, 1 C. flour, and 1 C. pecans. Place in a deep 9X9 baking dish. (Glass is best if you have it.) Bake at 350 degrees until light brown (about 20 minutes).

Mix together 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 C. powdered sugar, and 1 C. Cool Whip. Spread on top of cooled crust. Top with 2 C. fresh blueberries. Cover blueberries with another layer of Cool Whip. Chill.

If you use a glass baking dish, all of the layers will be visible. Enjoy!
