Every week the Sports Examiners across the nation throw their hat into the ring of top 25 college football projections. This week the Trojans have shot up from the fourth spot to the second spot (nipping at Florida's heels) after their huge victory at the "Horseshoe" over the Ohio State Buckeyes on Saturday night.
While Matt Barkley and Taylor Mays are banged up for the Trojans, their injuries are not considered to be significant and the team should be able to continue with its ascension to number one in the Examiner.com college football rankings.
