The USA hockey semifinals practice was held on the ice at Bolshoy Ice Dome and it looks like Team USA is ready. The big game against Canada is on Friday with fans strategically rearranging their appointment to watch the big game. So what is the men’s hockey team doing to get ready? There was practice on Thursday and the guys were back on the ice getting ready to do battle. According to the Detroit Free Press on Wednesday, the team is looking to be ready for the Canadians. This isn't the first practice for the Canadian game either as players have been focused on this intense ice battle. After the gold medal game loss in the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, it is USA who wanted the rematch and now that it is happening the strategy of winning is a priority.

In America it appears that hockey fans are getting ready too. The semifinal game is nothing to sneeze at when it comes to the magic of hockey. It’s the dream game where the sting of the lose America faced in Vancouver during the gold game can be revisited (and hopefully won.) No doubt there will be limited productivity on Friday morning on the North American continent as the USA and Canadian teams hit the ice.

American fans can watch the hockey game on live stream Friday. The east coast viewers will see the game starting around lunch and early morning on the pacific coast. Team USA will play against Canada at 11:30 a.m. ET however fans should note that NBC Sports Network will broadcast the game live on television. Or you can live stream it on NBC Olympics Live Extra or NBC Start time is Friday at 11:30 a.m. ET. Go Team USA!
