USA total medal count of 28 medals at 2010 Winter Games; and 8 medalists are from Utah. Wednesday, two bronze medals were added in the Bobsled and Women’s Relay 3000m.

Four of those medals have been won by Utah athletes; another athlete lives in Utah part-time, and many of the athletes (including Bode Miller) have trained in Park City, Utah before the 2002 Olympic Games. The US medals won so far are 7 gold, 9 silver, and 12 bronze medals.

Apolo Anton Ohno lives in Salt Lake City and Saturday he won the Bronze medal in the Short Track 1000m, he now holds the record for the most medals won at the Winter Olympic Games of any US athlete.
