Just before the United States Men’s National Team departed for 2014 World Cup in Brazil, they received a surprise in Jacksonville following their 2-1 win against Nigeria, which completed the squad's sweep of World Cup preparatory matches.

With help from fans across the country and soccer legend and former USMNT player Brian McBride, Allstate Insurance, sponsor of the USMNT, surprised the US team with a send-off video. The video is comprised of well-wishes from fans via social media and in-person as well as game footage. The National Team's emotional reaction to the send-off is being brought to life in the video, which showcases the passion that fans have for the U.S. National Team and soccer.

The United States have to face some of the best teams in the world in the Group of Death - Germany, Portugal and Ghana - and travel more in-country during the group stage than any other team. But fans of the National Team believe their team can win and provide unwavering support from their team.

McBride is the third-highest all-time leading goalscorer (30) for the U.S. National Team. Hall of Famer McBride scored goals in two of the three different World Cups in which he played (1998, 2002, 2006) and led EPL Fulham in goalscoring in his tenure there. McBride also captained the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team and played for the Columbus Crew, Fulham F.C. and Chicago Fire before retiring in 2010. Now, McBride works as a FOX Sports analyst, a forward coach for the Chicago Fire, and with Allstate offering surprise local soccer clinics with Good Hands® F.C. in under-served communities around National Team games.
