Dalian, China - U.S. citizens living or visiting near Liaoning province will be able to take advantage of U.S. Embassy services on Saturday, April 21, 2012. RSVP is required, embassy officials said. Consulate officers will be available at the Brooklyn Bar and Restaurant from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

The American Citizen's Services section assists people with passport renewal, registration of Americans living in China, birth reports for children of American citizens born in China, voter registration, income tax forms, notarial services and emergency services to American citizens. The Federal Benefits Unit assists people with questions regarding Social Security and other Federal benefits.
