Urgent foster needed for Golden Retriever/Lab puppies in Oconee County

These six puppies will be euthanized on May 1 if a foster cannot be found by 4 pm that day.
Oconee County Animal Shelter

An animal shelter is no place for puppies or kittens, but sadly they end up being turned in, or even born in the shelters. Unfortunately, there is a good chance that these baby puppies and kittens will get sick and die.

These six Golden Retriever / Lab puppies are in that predicament now and they urgently need a foster home for a 4-6 weeks while they grow a little more and get big enough to be spayed/neutered and then adopted.

They are currently at the Oconee County Animal Shelter in Seneca, South Carolina.

Unfortunately these gorgeous puppies will be euthanized if a foster cannot be found by 4 pm on Thursday, May 1. Please don't let that happen. You don't have to foster all six puppies; you can foster one or two of them.

If you can foster, please email ocas@netmds.com or call 888-0221 for a foster application, or go by the shelter and fill out a foster application.

Please help these puppies. If you cannot foster, then please post this to your social media accounts and let as many people as possible know that they need help. Just spreading the word about them increases the chances that a foster home will be found.
