The Grand Opening was full of excited guests who enjoyed champagne and chocolate covered strawberries while enjoying complimentary make-up applications and even the chance to win free services such as botox injections, laser hair removal, and products.  I had the opportunity to speak with several guest as well as members of the Urban Skin Solutions team and the resounding mood was merriment. Owner, Rachel Roff, was an impressive and lovely hostess offering education and introduction to the Urban Skin Solutions brand. She, along with others on her team shared with me some of their favorite services.  One of Rachel's faves are the customized IPL/Photofacial Treatments, and the Oxygenating Detox Facials, recommended for both dry and oily skin. These facials provide a jolt of rejuvenation to skin that is suffering the affects of environmental damage, aging, or even medications. Manning the champagne station I found Erica Burchfield, assistant manager, licensed aesthetician, and certified laser technician who tells me she enjoys most the chemical peels and laser hair removal treatments. Both are done as individual treatments but are recommended as packages for maximum effectiveness.  Erica's love for what she does was as delightful and evident as the libations she was pouring. There was one fan whose pride and pure elation was unmatched by any other, and that was Susan Manasian, Rachel's mother.  The striking beauty quickly expressed that at 62 years of age she looks great and enjoys the services Urban Skin Solutions provides especially the injectables including Botox, Juvederm, and Radiesse.  Susan's belief in Urban Skin Solutions is not only from a mother's love, but as a client who is certain that Rachel is committed to her craft.  "She's like a scientist, and can distinguish and educate on the ingredients of even the top beauty products."  Susan is also proud that her daughter is an employer creating opportunities for others during what many agree is a time of employment hardship.
