'Upside Down' sci-fi coming to theaters this spring

Jim Sturgess and Kirsten Dunst show us love like we’ve never seen it before. “Upside Down” is a love story but not a traditional story.

Adam (Sturgess) and Eden (Dunst) have been in love since they saw each other in the strange perspective that exists between them – upside down. They fell in love immediately although they can’t fight gravity to be together.

Writers Juan Diego Solanas and Santiago Amigorena tell a tale that is about unconditional love. It's a love that exists between two worlds. He can see it but is forbidden by law to go there. When the two lovebirds find a way to spend a moment or two together, they are immediately brought back into their worlds.

Adam searches the forbidden twin world for his lost love in “Upside Down.” The film will have romantics wanting more of the tale, while sci-fi lovers will get a kick out of the plot. It’s a chick flick that is easily viewed without pure hatred by the males in the household.

Cast: Kirsten Dunst, Jim Sturgess, Agnieshka Wnorowska, Neil Napier, Jayne Heitmeyer and James Kidnie head up the cast.

Release date: “Upside Down” will be shown in 2D and 3D on Friday, March 15, 2013 in limited theaters.
