There's a free lecture at Islamorada's History of Diving museum at 7 p.m. U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary member Phil Goodman will give a lecture about any oil spill that may reach the Florida Keys. Deployed to deal with the Deepwater Horizon incident in 2010, Goodman will discuss "could it happen here and what if it does." The museum is at mile marker 83 bayside. For more info, visit www.divingmuseum.org or call 305-664-9737.
Another free lecture is at John Pennekamp State Park at 7:30 p.m. Jack Grove, famed marine biologist, photographer and world traveler will present "Galapagos and the Florida Keys: A Comparison."
