Upohar Ethnic Cuisines is settled in their new place and is now open for lunch. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. weekdays. Takeouts will be available until 2 p.m. Today they are serving a traditional Bengali menu in honor of the Bengali New Year. Upohar has moved just out the City into Manheim Township. It is now located at 241 W. Roseville Road.
Mary Street will be closed today and the southern side of Chestnut Street will be restricted to one lane. Lancaster City will be working on an emergency sinkhole dig today at the intersection.

Knitting can be a relaxing craft. Learn how to knit at the Library! This free session is held every Monday at 6:30 p.m. and is for children and teens. The Library is located at 125 North Duke Street.

Brandee’s Irish Pub will offer specials from the Starr Hill Brewing Company tonight at 7 p.m. The event will support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Lancaster Public Works is continuing the flushing of the water distribution system. The flushing will be done from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. through 30 May. If your water appears cloudy, let it run for a moment. If the problem continues, call the Water Quality Lab at 717-291-4818.
