Three matches are in place for the 2014 "Royal Rumble."

After the old school edition of WWE "Monday Night Raw" this week, there were two matches set in place for the 2014 WWE "Royal Rumble." On Jan. 7, 2014, the WWE had their weekly taping of both "Main Event" and "Friday Night SmackDown," and those SPOILERS reveal that a third match is indeed in place for the big pay-per-view later this month.

If you don't wish to know the SPOILERS for what will happen on "Friday Night SmackDown" later this week, then stop reading now.

Two matches were announced on WWE "Monday Night Raw," but another one was teased when the Big Show came out to confront Brock Lesnar. At the taping on Tuesday night, the match was extended by Show and Lesnar came out to accept.

Confirmed matches for the 2014 WWE "Royal Rumble":

  • 30-Superstar Royal Rumble Match
  • WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Randy Orton (c) vs. John Cena
  • Brock Lesnar vs. Big Show (confirmed, but not yet announced)

So far, there are only two confirmed participants for the big 30-superstar battle royal, and they were announced on "Raw." The announcers confirmed that a returning Batista would be in the match, and then Alberto Del Rio said he would enter and eliminate "The Animal."
