Just this afternoon, Jan. 28, 2014 (Philippine time), ABS-CBN News confirmed that Vhong Navarro, has already signed his sworn statement in front of Atty. Alma Mallonga, one of his legal counsels and movie director Chito Rono, his showbiz manager. Reports said 6 cases will be filed against the perpetrators before 5:00 p.m.

After an hour, ABS-CBN News revealed that the cases have already been filed at the Department of Justice against businessman Cedric Lee, Deniece Millinette Cornejo and others involved in the incident happened in Forbeswood Condominium at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig last Jan. 22.

In an interview with DZMM this afternoon, Atty. Alma Mallonga confirmed that they have already formalized the complaints at around 5:00 p.m. Based on her statement, Cedric and sister Bernice Lee together with actress/model Deniece Cornejo are now facing 6 cases including serious physical injuries, grave threat, grave coercion, illegal arrest, blackmail, and serious illegal detention.

Atty. Mallonga added that Zimmer Raz, Ferdinand Guerrero, a certain "Alias Mike," and two unidentified accomplices are also respondents in the cases filed by her client actor/host Vhong Navarro. It can be remembered that Vhong Navarro aired his sentiments on Buzz Ng Bayan with host Boy Abunda last Sunday, according to him, he was blindfolded, tied up and attacked by Cedric Lee and his men.
