Tuesday UPDATE:  Walt Daniels, 66, who died when he fell out of the press box at the Qualcomm Stdium has died att Sharp Memorial Hospital, on Tuesday, the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office said.

Daniels appeared to sustain a head injury.

Monday's Story: A worker that fell out of the Qualcomm Stadium press box was taken to the hospital today. The man was identified as Walt Daniels, a member of the Chargers' game-day staff.

Daniels may have a head injury from the 25 foot fall from the booth that was to be used by the Broncos assistant coaches.

Daniels landed on the loge level.  He was given CPR and taken to Sharp Memorial Hospital.

The gate opening was delayed about 40 minutes.
