On Aug. 15 we posted a feature page at PESWiki regarding Dr. James B. Schwartz' ERR Fluxgenerator that is said to put out six kilowatts of electricity from the surroundings, using a solid state arrangement in a panel made from "left-handed material" -- Aluminum and Bismuth interwoven with coils -- tying into the Earth's frequencies.
On Aug. 16, Dr. Schwartz sent me a fairly lengthy email giving some history and context of the technology. I've included an excerpt of that below.
Then on Aug. 27 I was able to talk by Skype with Dr. Schwartz and am now conveying, with his permission, some of what he shared with me.
He wishes for me to state that he is not looking for investors. He's developing this with private funds to maintain private control. I doubt he would turn away donations or grants.
His objective is not to get rich, but to get this technology out to the world when the technology is ready to go. There are yet some safety and stability issues that need to be addressed. That is the primary reason why he is not anxious to open source this technology -- too much liability.
He has found, for example, that he cannot use rebar in the cement used in the foundation below his unit, as the rebar tends to heat up and cause trouble. Instead, he uses fiberglass netting.
The bismuth sheets are not something you can simply buy, ready to go. They have to be made by crushing then pouring the bismuth. The plates with cut-outs for the coils contain magnesium (which presents handling safety concerns). The coils are wrapped around a special left-handed material that they've developed.
Schwartz said that the plates need to be encased inside a vacuum chamber, which needs to be checked for leaks because in the presence of oxygen they can produce an explosion. They've also noticed that when ozone levels pick up in the atmosphere that they get some sparking in the unit. They also have to be careful during thunderstorms.
Schwartz said that the device works differently in different parts of the world. It works better toward the equator, but the power output diminishes the further north or south you get from the equator. This is one of the reasons he thinks that the device somehow harnesses the Earth's magnetic field.
Once they've worked out the safety and stability issues, Schwartz envisions undergoing a couple of years of testing before making the technology more widely available. They will also run the devices through rigorous crash tests.

...I'm leaving early our Monday morning which is your Sunday night to check on some of our projects at our research facility [not in U.S.]. We're having a lot of problems because all the drains are backing up into our building. We have about four inches of dirty water on the first floor of our building. Every time we have heavy rains we get flooded. Some of our projects were moved upstairs but we don't have room to put everything on the second floor. Unfortunately we’re stuck in this rented building until we can build our new six story facility. A very wealthy family donated a 220,000 square meter lot to build our new Noah’s Ark Research facility but we can’t start because the funding won’t be available until the end of the year. It’s going to take at least a year to build our new building, maybe more depending on the weather conditions. It looks like we’re going to have to cut back on some of our projects until we’re relocated to our new facility.

I spoke to our board of directors and it’s ok to talk on your show just as soon as I can spare the time. As far as answering questions about our new ERR Power Station that’s not a problem except some parts of the project are still confidential.
First let me bring you up to date so that you’ll know a little more about our Noah’s Ark Research Foundation. I’ve been doing research in electromagnetics for over 30 years. My first ERR prototype was two rods on a piece of plywood about 17 years ago. Many people on OverUniity.com have posted comments about that old video of my Rods. That was me in the Rod Video way back in 1993; it was taken in my old office. How it got on the net is still a mystery, and I wasn’t very happy about someone posting that video on the net. I've gained a few pounds since then.

I don't plan on getting a patent because I don't plan on selling the technology. I did try to patent it back in Sept. 1984, and the patent office sent me a very scary letter stating a Secrecy Order (Title 35, United States Code (1952), Sections 181-188). It said that the unauthorized disclosure of which might be detrimental to the national security. After reading the whole letter I decided it was too scary to try and patent it.
First I would like to explain that the Flux Generator video that you’ve seen is a proof of concept prototype, it’s not to be sold, it’s to further my research.
We have a more important ERR project that we are working on. It’s a much larger version of my Flux Generator prototype that you’ve seen in the video. As soon as my new ERR Power Station project is finished and tested for safety and reliability the technology will first be released to the members of our group. As a member you’re welcome to post information and photos from my yahoo group to your group. While we’re building the new ERR Power Station prototype we will be releasing information in my group from time to time.
Since our new Power Station Project is still in the experimental stages we are limited to what information we can release. My smaller ERR prototype worked good but still had its problems. You can see a photo of me holding the small ERR in the photo section.
We're not interested in making money from the ERR Power Station. But there are a lot of money making ideas from my electromagnetic research that we can patent. While we're building and testing the ERR Power Station we'll be getting our new low energy refrigerator ready for market. We are working with many scientists and researchers all over the world to develop and manufacture some other products that will sustain our Noah’s Ark Research facility in the future so we don’t have to take on any investors.
We are working on putting a new facility on one of the Native American Reservations in the U.S. This is where we will build and test our new ERR Power Station. This way we will be outside of US jurisdiction. While we are testing our prototype ERR Power Station we can sell the electricity on the reservation to earn extra money. We have been planning this project for almost two years now. The reason it’s taking so long is because this project is too important to make mistakes. One of the most important parts of the planning is to secure an iron clad agreement from the consul that owns the land. They have plenty of land so there’s no problem about enough space for our buildings and they need the cheap electricity. […] The good news is we’re almost finished.
Another thing that you should know is that the Flux Generator video first appeared on my son’s YouTube account wasn’t put there by him. His YouTube was hacked. A few months before that both of my yahoo accounts were also hacked allowing them to get a lot of sensitive information including our private Flux Generator video. As soon as I found out what happened I formatted my computer and changed all my security codes including all my yahoo passwords. Unfortunately the damage was already done so we decided to leave the video on YouTube since it was already too late. I had a friend of mine who is a high-tech computer technician try to track down the person who put my video on YouTube and he said that the trail stops in Denmark and can’t be tracked any further.
Since our video was already on the net, our board of directors decided to go ahead and release some drawings and some limited information of our new power station to our yahoo group members to get feedback on the project. Personally I was against it because I was quite sure it will attract all the skeptics that have nothing else to do but criticize other peoples work. I have over 30 years of research in my ERR technology, and I’m not interested in wasting my time with the skeptics. Myself and the other members of our research group are not interested in selling this technology. We fund all our own research, we don’t have to account to any investors nor do we wish to take on any.
Some other groups such as MIT and the University of California-San Diego are also researching the use of left-handed material the same as we are which is why we have to be careful about releasing too much information about our new materials.
Right now we are still working on some of the problems we are encountering with my latest Flux Generator prototype. We are not ready to bring in any outsiders to do independent verifications. The prototype that you’ve seen is to gain more knowledge and work out the bugs before we start building the bigger unit.
You must understand that originally we were not planning on releasing this information until we started building the larger power station. We were really caught off guard; now we’re just trying to do some damage control.

The quality of the video evidence is very suspect, why would they want to turn off the room's lights to show off the intensity of 3 x 800W bulbs- the 3 bubs should cast a shadow on the other lit bubs in the room and blind everyone in it!!!! try it for yourself. get just ONE 400w bulb from your h/w store and try it in your living room!! This is so bogus, it's unreal!! At best the bulbs are 15w - which if this tech is real would be feat in itself, so why do they need to make such claims. Only reason i put forward is the the case does have enough battery juice to power them there 3 bulbs.
Another test, sit down and listen to the video - don't watch it, close your eyes and listen to it. You can most always tell if something is genuine by the intonation of the voices!!

I can already tell you the problems that James is having with his ERR with only having cone across his machine in the past few weeks. Problem #1 HEAT #2 GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION #3 STABILIZATION OF THE FLUXING OF THE FREQUENCIES. #4 ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE #5 THE NATURE OF HIS CONFIGURATION LENDS ITSELF TO THE EXPIRATION OF CERTAIN COMPONENTS WITHIN THE UNIT.
These are just a few of the challenges that I see that face his unit. For the most part it is a step ahead of most all the junk that is out there.
My Magnetic Engine overcomes all the the 5 problems that James is having or will run into in the future.

Applying Tornado laser twister technology application in Windmill technology and propulsion systems using femto lasers an energy gain may be obtained using femto laser dynamics an energy grain that could be derived out of artificial xenon diflouride ,bismuthcombination of asynchronous magnetic poles shifted between a rotor and stator poles by pole differentiation between two relative rotations at the Peltier temperature spintronics up and down spins ejected on unidirectional way as tornado twisters could be employed to us a Bossonova twisters. The possibility of Gallium manganese arsenide vapour could be of immense use. Tornado control at the vortex breaking cos phi value for a downward amplified gain force has to be investigated.
