On the February 24 episode of WWE RAW, John Cena appeared to suffer a knee injury during an attack by The Wyatt Family. Cena was favoring the knee throughout the segment and needed assistance from the ring to the locker room. The WWE also created more chaos by declaring that Cena needed medical attention but refused to go to the hospital. However, it appears that Cena's injury is just part of a storyline. According to a February 25 report by PWTorch.com, Cena did not suffer a legitimate knee injury and this is just a "work."
The CeNation can breathe easier, knowing that their beloved superstar isn't seriously injured and he will be able to wrestle at WM 30 on April 6. This angle was presumably done so that Cena wouldn't come out and interfere in the match between Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns which took place later on in the show.
Cena is expected to face Bray Wyatt at WM 30 in a match that will definitely help solidify Bray's status as a top star in the company. Cena, who has taken on The Rock at the last two Manias, is the clear favorite in the match and should defeat Bray. However, if other members of the Wyatt family interfere, Bray could pull off the huge upset.
