Update on dog who was lost by New York family vacationing in Florida

The New York family who has been searching for their lost Brittany spaniel, "Nora," who disappeared on Jan. 24 in Orlando, Fla., can breathe easy today.

According to the Facebook page, Finding Nora, the runaway dog has been found.

On Thursday morning, the following update was posted to the Facebook page for the lost dog:

NORA'S BEEN FOUND!!!!!!!! WE HAVE HER AT THE VET TO GET CHECKED OUT. SHE'S GOING TO BE OK!!! MORE DETAILS TO COME. PRAISE THE LORD!

No other details about where Nora has been have been released.

Nora, who belongs to Denise Turgeon, had bolted at Dr. Phillips Community Dog Park when her leash detached from the harness that she was wearing. Since that time, her family, who was on vacation at the time that Nora ran away, has been frantically searching the area.
