Jesse James and Kat von D Engaged
Jesse James and Kat von D culminated several days of tweeting back and forth on Twitter about their undying love, with Jesse officially announcing to People magazine that he and Kat are engaged.
Jesse, 41 and Kat, 28, have been dating for less than 6 months. Jesse’s highly publicized divorce from Sandra Bullock was just finalized last summer, in June.
Rumors have been circulating for weeks as to whether or not Jesse and Kat were engaged, but Jesse’s . official announcement ends all that speculation. Now everyone knows for sure.

Wedding Plans
RadarOnline.com was the first to report that Jesse and Kat von D plan to get married sometime next month.
According to a source close to both Jesse and Kat, the two lovebirds don't see any reason why they should wait to tie the knot.
The unnamed source told RadarOnline, "They are madly in love with each other and want to make everything official."
Word is that Jesse and Kat have already started planning their wedding, which will be small, and take place outside of California.
This will be for the fourth marriage for Jesse -- who has three children from two of his previous wives. It will be a second marriage for Kat, who divorced fellow tattoo artist approximately 4 years ago.
Commenting on where she and Jesse will live after they get married, since they both live in different states, Kat said:
“Having two places we call home will be good for now. In the end, home is where the heart is, and my heart's with him."
What Jesse James Has to Say about Kat von D
In an exclusive interview with People magazine, Jesse said
"I have never met anyone so kind and loving and committed to making the world a better place every day. My love for her is beyond description.
So honored that she said 'yes.' Growing old with her is going to be a f----n' blast!"
Jesse, who is head over heels in love with Kat von D, commented:
“2010 was actually the best year of my life because I fell in love with my best friend, an amazing woman who stood behind me when the world turned their backs."

Jesse was only Kat’s 9th boyfriend, and sheis unfazed by Jesse’s infidelity, saying.
“There is no one else for me. He's the one”.
In a recent interview with In Touch, prior to the announcement of her engagement, Kat said,
“I think our relationship has matured so much. Every day we grow stronger. I am not ashamed of anything.”
Kat von D's Engagement Ring

When questioned about it by Joy Behar, Kat said little more than that she loved the design of the ring, and that it was an addition to her Victorian jewelry collection.
Now we know that it was, in fact, given to her by Jesse James, and that it’s Kat’s engagement ring.
Designed by Neil Lane, Kat’s ring is based on a design from the 1900’s. The dome-shaped ring has a delicate filigree pattern, and features a large round diamond in the center, surrounded by smaller diamonds.
Neil Lane also designed Sandra Bullock’s rings.
Sandra Bullock Knew about Jesse's and Kat's Engagement
Jesse’s engagement did not as a shock to Sandra Bullock because she knew about it before it was Jesse announced it to the public.
According to Popeater, sources close to Sandra, say that she and Jesse communicate regularly, and that Jesse told her in advance that he planned to announce his engagement to Kat von D.
And while it was considerate of Jesse to give Sandra a “heads up”, many feel that some of the statements Jesse made about Kat were equivalent to a slap in Sandra’s face, including the comments below:
"I have never met anyone so kind and loving and committed to making the world a better place."
Forgetting how devastated Sandra Bullock was when Jesse’s multiple extramarital affairs were revealed last year, Jesse told TMZ:
"I would gladly go through all I have been through again, if in the end I could have Katherine."

Jesse’s Ex-Wife Warns Kat von D about Jesse James
It’s interesting to note that two of the previous women in Jesse James life are warning Kat von D that her fairy tale romance with Jesse James may not last.
Jesse’s ex-wife Janine Lindemulder is convinced that Jesse James will eventually cheat on Kat like he cheated on Sandra Bullock and his two other wives. Bombshell McGee, Jesse’s mistress, agrees.
Janine told Radar Online that Jesse can be very vindictive, and insists that he’s still furious with her. She and Jesse are locked in a bitter custody battle over their 7-year old daughter Sunny, whom Sandra helped Jesse raise.
Janine says she also believes that Jesse is still angry with Sandra Bullock for not taking him back.
Commenting on Jesse’s whirlwind romance with Kat von D, Janine told RadarOnline that Jesse knows how to sweep a woman off her feet. She says Jesse also asked her to marry him after a fairly short time, but the novelty soon wore off.
Janine warned Kat to watch out because she has no idea what she’s getting herself into.
Says Janine,
“At the end of the day Jesse is a pure narcissist – he needs to have some woman on his arm that will have people talking about him and keeping him in the spotlight – that is what he sees in Kat Von D.”
A Warning to Kat von D from Bombshell McGee

As a warning to Kat von D, Bombshell had this to say:
“Kat what in the world are you thinking? I was with Jesse during his marriage — the guy’s not faithful, he doesn’t have a faithful bone in his body!
If he did it to me, if he did it to Sandra, he’s gonna do it to you, too — once a cheater always a cheater. He cheated on his wife, numerous times.”
Bombshell McGee doesn’t even think Jesse James and Kat von D will ever make it down the aisle.
