The Woodridge Public Library located at 3 Plaza Drive,Woodridge, IL,they host many video game tournaments throughout the year of select few games. The Woodridge Library is a great place to play a tournament at because they do not have a registration fee and its a great way to meet new friends. The tournaments they hold is great for people to see if they would want to compete in a more professional tournament. The second floor meeting room is where the tournaments take place, it is a huge room and is outfitted with a projector screen.
On January 21st starting at 1:00 pm and ending at 4:00 pm the Woodridge Public Library will be holding a Super Smash Brothers Brawl & Melee tournament. It will be on the second floor meeting room which is right up the stairs when you enter then once your up the stairs make a left and your there. Both the Super Smash Brothers Brawl & Melee tournaments are double elimination tournaments which means it is similar to a standard video game ladder bracket. This tournament is for ages 10-18 and you need to register before hand either on their website or you can call the library.
