Upcoming shows: Week of May 7th, 2012 (Highlights!)

This article first needs to address the fact that I am now 3 days late from letting you know of the great shows hitting Maryland this week, I truely apologize. I have been swamped with school work since I will be graduating with a Bachelor's in about two weeks. I'm going to try to have the next two weeks on time for you as well, however know I might be a little late pushing them out since I'm writing many papers to get out of school in time. After that, I'll be making many more articles for you to check out here! Again, very sorry. I will continue to start my articles with the shows that happened on Monday (not give much detail), then move on to the rest that haven't happened yet!

Wednesday 5/09: Heritage Hunter Tour featuring Mastodon and Opeth - ALL AGES - Show at 7:30pm (The Fillmore)

I have unfortunately, never had the chance to see Opeth peform. However, I have seen Mastodon before and they put on a great show. Last time I saw the band was a few years back in Baltimore at Rams Head Live! The openers that night were Converge and The Bronx. Great show, great night! I highly suggest you check out the show.

Friday 5/11: Star Slinger and The Hood Internet - 18+ - Doors at 8pm (Sonar)

I've always wanted to see the Hood Internet, I think I actually did last year at Bamboozle 2011, but I really can't remember. There were a ton of acts. Looks like this week, I still won't be seeing the group, however I think you should go check them out for me and then let me know what you think!
