The Horse Boy is a film about a Texas couple with an autistic son. They seek the best treatments available and are frustrated when nothing works. They eventually discover their son has a connection to horses and the couple end up with a better understanding of their son.
National Velvet is a classic family film starring Mickey Rooney and Elizabeth Taylor. Some refer to this film as one of the most likeable movies of all time. The film is the next in the series that coincides with the Speed Museum’s Karsh Exhibit and will help you get into the spirit of the upcoming Kentucky Derby with mint juleps being served.
