There are lots of great events happening in the Chattanooga area this week. Make sure to get out there and enjoy it!
Tuesday, April 6th - Each Tuesday in April, the Cleveland, TN Chick-Fil-A is offering FREE kids meals during their Family Night. From 5 p.m. - 8 p.m., bring your kids in each week for a free meal and a fun activity such as movies, clowns, face painting, crafts and more. There is a limit of two free kids' meals per adult meal purchase.
Thursday, April 8th - It's First Tennessee Family FREE Night at the Creative Discovery Museum from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. Grab the kids and come out to play! Make sure to visit their website for more details.
Saturday, April 10th - The First Baptist Church of Cleveland is hosting a Spring Festival from 2 p.m.- 5 p.m. There will be carnival games, fun and food. Best of all, it's FREE! You can park at the Cleveland Hobby Lobby Parking Lot and ride a free shuttle to the event.
Ongoing until April 11th - The Tennessee Aquarium's popular Keeper Kid program will be running through April 11th. Make sure to visit the guest services station in each building to sign up to participate. Activities are appropriate for ages 6 and up. Visit the Tennessee Aquarium's website for more details.
Ongoing until May 27th - Wild Ocean 3D is showing at the Tennessee Aquarium IMAX 3D Theater through May 27, 2010. Wild Ocean 3D takes the views to the waters off Wild Coast in South Africa and introduces them to sharks, dolphins, seals, penguins and more! Show times are at noon, 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays have an additional showing at 7 p.m. The IMAX Theater is located at One Broad Street, Chattanooga TN 37402. Tickets are $8.50/adults and $6.00 for children between the ages of 3 and 12. For additional information, click here.
Ongoing until May 27th - Hubble 3D is showing at the Tennessee Aquarium IMAX 3D Theater through May 27th, 2010. Hubble 3D, showing on a six-story screen, will take the viewer into outer space to explore the mysteries that surround us. Narrated by Leonardo DiCaprio, this film allows a unique chance for movie-goers to understand the legacy of the Hubble Space Telescope and understand how Hubble as impacted the way that we view the universe. Showtimes are 1 p.m., 3 p.m. & 5 p.m. with additional 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. showtimes on Fridays and Saturdays. For additional information on this opportunity, click here.
