Please join our friends from Terroir Restaurant on Tuesday, September 27th at 6:30 pm for a special evening at Left Hand Brewing Company celebrating the start of the annual Great American Beer Festival!

Passed Hors d'Oeuvres paired with the Polestar Pilsner:
Rabbit rillettes with spicy apple butter
Smoked beef carpaccio with lemon oil and arugula
Roasted Hazel Dell mushroom bruschetta with Haystack's Queso de Mano

Course 1:
Spicy greens salad wtih roasted butternut squash, Wisdom Farm chicken confit, toasted pumpkin seeds, caramelized onion, and cider vinaigrette paired with the Haystack Wheat

Course 2:
Smoked pork tenderloin served over roasted root vegetables with blue cheese fondue paired with the Widdershins Oak Aged Barleywine

Course 3:
Ancho chile braised lamb shoulder served over grilled sweet corn and poblano pepper polenta with greens paired with the 2011 Fade to Black

Course 4:
Chocolate bourbon tart with caramel whipped mascarpone paired with the Oak Aged Imperial Stout

Tickets for this event are $55 excluding tax and gratuity.

hosted by Guerrilla Farms in Niwot, Colorado
featuring the organic wines of Paul Dolan Vineyards

Passed Hors d'Oeuvres paired with the Sauvignon Blanc:
Chicken mole with house-made tortilla chips and tomatillo salsa
Potato latke with smoked salmon and dill creme fraiche
Roasted garlic and white bean puree on crostini

Course 1:
Cioppino with PEI mussels, bay scallops, and smoked trout paired with the Chardonnay

Course 2:
Arugula salad with smoked chicken, grilled bread croutons, potato confit, Pinot Noir reduction, Oregon truffle oil, and Haystack Goat Dairy camembert paired with the Pinot Noir

Course 3:
Wood roasted pork shoulder served over spaghetti squash gratin and chilies with a red currant shallot marmalade paired with the Deep Red

Course 4:
Winter squash tart with candied pepitas and honey anglaise paired with the Muscat (tasting room only release)

Tickets for this rain or shine event are $70 excluding tax and gratuity. Seating is community style and is limited to 25 guests.
