Upcoming events at Desert Vineyard

Calling all carpenters and painters. The Vineyard's Helping Hands ministry goes out into the community and rehabilitates the homes of the elderly, poor and disabled. If you have a heart for this type of work, the church needs volunteers to help fix code violations on these homes.

The type of work involved includes yard cleanup, hauling away garbage, fence and door repair and painting. Volunteers will meet this Saturday, March 16, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. to conduct repairs. To volunteer or donate materials call Stephanie Viduka at (661) 478-7428.

Come discover what the Desert Vineyard is about and have some fun at their annual "Invitation" pre-Easter outreach on Saturday afternoon, March 23, 2013 at Eastside Park in Lancaster. There will be food, fun, music and praise as the church reaches out it its neighbors.
