Yesterday, Trostel's Dish (located at 12851 University Avenue, Suite 400, in Clive) announced two special additions to the menu for Valentine's Day. Here is a look at what Chef Jed Hoffman has planned sweethearts dining at the Dish on February 14:

Pan Seared Diver Scallops with beet risotto and crispy beet chips

Molten Chocolate Lava Cake with strawberry mousse
