The San Diego Natural History Museum in Balboa Park continues to entice chocolate lovers with the visiting exhibit, Chocolate, until March 10, 2013. However, on January 30th, the NAT is welcoming French pastry chef, Karen Krasne, to give a lecture on her recent cookbook, Extraordinary Cakes: Recipes for Bold and Sophisticated Desserts. With a decadent dessert reception to follow, both museum members and non-members and unite and discuss their true love: chocolate.
Karen Krasne is head chef of the ever-popular Extraordinary Desserts her in San Diego. With two locations, diners experience an exquisite taste-bud experience.
