After the recent news that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are divorcing, they couple have decided to sell their home. They bought the Tarzana, Ca. mansion in 2009 for $3.95 million. Since that time, the property has increased in value. According to People the asking price for this place is $5.499 million. The HOA is $595 a month.
