Some of the highlights of this 8400 sq. ft. mansion is the water features, fire pits and a spa. There is a covered arbor complete with an outdoor kitchen for entertaining outdoors. The mansion has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, library/office, and a formal living room and dining room. The house was built in 2003, and sits on less than one acre of land. The grounds are expertly landscaped with lush foliage, a large lawn and several sitting areas.

In December, Khloe filed for divorce after Lamar's arrest. The deciding point for her to divorce him was when he refused to go into rehab for his drug abuse problem.
