A never-before-seen collection of roughly 150 letters written by John Lennon are to be published in a forthcoming book thansk to an agreement with his widow Yoko Ono, the UK Guardian reported on Thursday.
Orion Books will publish the volume, which was put in motion after Hunter Davies, author of the Beatles' authorized biography, persuaded Ono to allow the letters to be published. Davies will edit the book. A spokesman described the letters as "full of wonderful drawings. They are funny, sad ... they are very human letters."
