The University of Maine women's and men's basketball teams will take on the University of Hartford on Wednesday.
The men's team play a rare mid week afternoon game when they travel to Connecticut for a 12 p.m. start.
The Black Bears (7-8/2-0) come in on a four game winning streak including conference wins over Boston University and UMBC.
Hartford (9-6/2-0) will also be going for a 3-0 start to conference play. The Hawks defeated Binghamton and Boston University.
The Maine women's basketball team will host the Hawks for a scheduled 7:30 p.m. start at the Alfond.
Both teams will be going for their first conference win.
Maine (1-13/0-1) fell to UMBC 54-50 in their conference opener.
Hartford (9-6/0-2) fell to Binghamton 46-44 and Boston University 45-39.
