With the return of warmer weather it’s time to get back to nature. The University of Florida/IFAS Extension Program has released the April schedule of outdoor education programs. From story time to night hikes, the splendor of the great outdoors can be explored using age-appropriate methods. These activities and classes take place at Brooker Creek Preserve, Weedon Island Preserve, and Pinnellas County Extension sites, as noted. Pre-registration is required for all classes. To register, or for more information, call or email the venue. All activities are free of charge, unless otherwise noted.

IFAS Extension Program is a partnership between state, federal, and county governments to provide scientific knowledge and expertise to the public. The University of Florida, together with Florida A&M University, administers the Florida Cooperative Extension Service.
