According to Race Director, Alicia Maresco. “last year’s event was a complete success and reached its limit on the number of entries. Another large crowd or runners and walkers is expected.” The event raised money which was used to build a community playground that was devastated by the storm and assist those in need. The event is again teamed up with the RAINE Foundation (Reaching All in Need Everyday) which is a 501(c)(3) organization established in 2001 to assist children and their families who are in crisis.
