As Chicago starts the Craft Beer week celebration, four companies are joining together to offer a celebration of beer and food. Unicornicopia Deuce brings together four micro-companies, Big Fork, Co-op Sauce, Dark Matter and Pipework’s Brewing Co, for an unforgettable evening. The event on May 16 will feature an amazing night of food & beer with 4 courses with 4 beer pairings.

Smoked Trout Bao with ramp dust and ginger cream cheese, with a baby kale salad and candied pepitas. oaired with Pipeworks Citra - Imperial IPA with Citra hops
Morcilla choucroute with poblano mustard. paired with Attack of the Devil's Lettuce - Collabotation with 18th Street Brewery Imperial IPA brewed with Sorachi Ace hops and Dark Matter Coffee
Chef Lance Avery, founder of Big Fork Brands (www.bigforkbrands.com) will be creating 2 amazing courses paired with 2 of Pipeworks Brewing Co. signature brews.
Chicago Cioppino – Big Fork Bacon Sausage, Wild Salmon, Fennel, San Marzano Tomatoes, Pipeworks Poivre Vert, Sour Dough
Smore Beer Float – Chocolate Dark Matter Coffee Ice Cream,

In addition to the menu, Pipeworks will be cracking another namesake brew Unicorn vrs. Ninja Double IPA and Co-op Sauce will be debuting this years Unicorn Tears Hot Sauce aged in a whiskey barrel that once housed Pipeworks Barley Wine.
