“Unfinished Song” is a love story. It is a tale of life and the time we have to enjoy each day.
Terence Stamp plays Arthur, a grouchy man who is bitter about life in general. His bitterness has cost him his relationship with his son.
Arthur was in love with his wife, Marion. Marion loves life and enjoys it to the fullest. Her passion is singing. Marion joined the local choir to fulfill her passion.
Because of his wife’s love of song, Arthur becomes involved in the choir. His grumpy, bitter attitude is slowly adjusted through the friendship of Gemma Arterton’s character, Elizabeth. Elizabeth is the unique choir director and soon to be friend of Arthur’s.
When Arthur learns to open up and let it all go, you may be in for a surprise.
“Unfinished Song” was once titled, “Song for Marion,” although the title was changed before the release in theaters in the United States. “Unfinished Song” closed the Toronto International Film Festival in 2012.
“Unfinished Song” is a heart-warming story that the whole family will enjoy. The cast provides an insight into the story and characters involved. The dramedy will take viewers on a roller coaster ride of emotions.
