Underwood's $31 million necklace: Carrie dazzles at Grammys (Photos)

Carrie Underwood's $31 million necklace had people buzzing at the 2013 Grammys Sunday night, as the country crooner looked stunning on the red carpet. While people are often focusing on the gowns and designers everybody chooses to showcase, in this "American Idol" winner's case it was her jewelry that garnered the intense buzz. Carrie is said to officially hold the title for the evening as the star with the most expensive jewelry, and People shared the details on Feb. 10.

The dazzling piece is from Johnathon Arndt and Underwood's $31 million necklace featured 381 carats of white diamonds. The jewels were a combination of round brilliant, marquise, pear and oval shapes. Carrie Underwood wore a strapless black Roberto Cavalli gown to showcase the stunning necklace.

The country singer and “American Idol” winner joked that she was afraid someone would tackle her to steal the necklace and she quipped that it's worth more than she is.
