Democracy is a small core impulse of agreement encompassing the inquires of individual differences. The resolve within diplomacy connects theory and practice. Theory, the derivative persuasion from past sentiments modified to enhance current policies; and practice, the duty in conformity, men and women working as receptors and connectors in a participatory American society. Realizing and embracing the change from indigenous affirmations, but then again valuing the duty and persistence of all groups and people.

The creation of a multicultural evolution depicting interdependence for the understanding of common goals espouses the theory of convergence within democratic beliefs and conceptions. The convergence of the past to the current state’s persistence of equality solidifies a human element of legitimacy, inherent understanding of digressions, and the understanding to embrace the intangibles and edification of a democratic nation.

The municipality opportunities and leaderships in each city opens the door for the creation of a democratic sense of progressivism. A valid democracy requires leadership at the local level, generating and addressing policies and regulations that would go unrecognized if a central division of power was controlled by national sentiment.

The essence of a municipality's balance within an egalitarian society only promotes a local deliberative assembly affording opportunity for individual participation. A representative democracy begins by the individual presence and resilience of the people. Each person should demonstrate a vigilance within him or herself to facilitate and bring issues to the forefront that impact the conditions of change.
