Research shows that people with diabetes can curb hunger and prevent dangerous dips in blood sugar by consuming uncooked corn starch.

Endocrinologist Dr. Francine Kaufman, former president of the American Diabetes Association, detailed the research in her bestselling book, Diabesity.
