The UN Human Rights Commission condemned Iran for "’serious, ongoing and recurring’ human rights violations, including violence against protesters after the disputed June presidential election.”  The negative votes and abstentions combined, however, exceeded the positive votes  (www.imra.org.il, 11/22).
