On Saturday, January 14th, 2012 the University of Miami Wynwood Project Space presented the closing of The 4th Annual Cane Fair, featuring artworks from UM students earning their Masters in Fine Arts.
Presented by the College of Arts and Sciences Art and Art History Department, the 4th Cane Annual Fair displayed works which included photography, sculpture, prints, installation, ceramics, painting and others.
Some of the artists featured in this exhibition included Jacqueline Gopie (Painting), Sean Black (Photography), Eddy Lopez (Printmaking), Michelle Roy (Graphic Design), Cynthia Fleischmann (photography), Leah Brown (Sculpture) among others.
The MFA program is a 60 credit, three-year program resulting in a terminal degree that both prepares students to enter the professional, studio art world and also qualifies them for college teaching.
The UM Wynwood Project Space is located at 2200A NW 2nd Avenue, Wynwood.
