According to the DIRECTV website, DIRECTV has 30 million or more subscribers. “DIRECTV sub-contracts its service technicians. Mr. McCoy is the outsource manager of the service technicians DIRECTV uses”; said Bernie. “Bernie is the DIRECTV manager who oversees Mr. McCoy and his technicians”, said William. William (shown installing) is one of the technicians contracted to service customers in Baltimore city and some surrounding areas. I watched as William worked to provide the best service to a DIRECTV customer. William’s service explanations, his friendly banter about the Baltimore Ravens, and mannerism are exemplary of ultimate customer service. DIRECTV should be very proud of William’s representation. William wears the DIRECTV logo with pride and spoke of the company proudly and his love for his home football team, the Baltimore Ravens. I spoke with Mr. McCoy and Bernie on separate occasions and came to realize that some of William’s customer service demeanor maybe generated from their governance. William has a demeanor that projects a natural character that flows and not staged.
