Uggie the Dog is predicting the Oscars. With the 84th Annual Academy Awards only days away the excitement of the biggest award show in America is quickly growing. On Wednesday night Uggie the dog from the motion picture The Artist took time to predict the Best Actor category on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Uggie had photos of the five entertainers who currently are nominated for the category. The dog’s decision was to go to the photo he thought would win and pick up the hot dog on the top as the treat. His choice would be the prediction of the category and the audience would see just how well he knows the Oscars. Uggie hardly spend any time with the category as he immediately went to George Clooney’s photos and picked up the treat.
This won’t be the only appearance for Uggie before the Oscars. Jimmy Kimmel has promised that the popular dog will come back every night to predict the winners up until the night of the award show. With several tight races to choose from, the predictions from this dog might be as accurate as film critics as predictions aren’t fool proof.
