The U.S. military and government have indeed had detailed knowledge and proof of the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations for well over seventy years now, but even after all that time, they are both still denying it and lying about it, and trying to keep it covered up.

For most people at the present time, the subject of past-lives is a highly-charged area due to the technical reasons outlined in the first two parts of this series. Enormous amounts of hidden charge keep the area occluded, as well as acting as a sort of an energy barrier and repulsing field, actively driving people away from it, and thus we find some individuals who obsessively deny the area even exists, and aggressively invalidate and attack anyone who does dare talk about these things.
At some point in the future, it will become more acceptable to talk about these things in polite company, but in the meantime, it is left to those of us who do not mind being out on the point and taking the incoming flak.
But if we are ever to move forward as a culture, to a more enlightened viewpoint, the deniers and debunkers, whether they be knowing agents or misinformed dupes of counterintelligence, have to be ignored and denied their sacred soap box so willingly provided by the corporate-controlled mass media.
And while it may be improper form and etiquette to write an article in the first-person, none of the writers, researchers, media personnel, or UFO “experts” I have contacted and given information to over the past two and a half years have followed-up and dared truly look and confront this area. And so, if what I know is ever to be revealed, it seems that once again I will have to do it myself, improper form be-damned.
In the summer of 1941, about six months before the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, a group of American pilots known as the AVG (American Volunteer Group) had volunteered to travel overseas to combat the Japanese attacks occurring in China and Burma. As it turns out, this activity was actually part of a series of provocations, a plan developed by Lt. Commander Arthur McCollum of the ONI, designed specifically to provoke Japan into retaliating against the U.S. and attack Pearl Harbor utilizing Fleet Problem 13, thus giving the U.S. an “excuse” to enter the war at the behest of Great Britain.
Last lifetime, I was one of those AVG pilots, and flew a number of successful missions there as a fighter pilot. Later, this group greatly expanded and under the direction of Claire Chennault, became known as the Flying Tigers. However by that time, (the spring of 1942) I was already back in the States beginning my intelligence training at Fort Mead, and continued that training later at other locations including the Air Technical Intelligence Center at Wright-Pat.
How I suddenly transitioned from a civilian fighter pilot in Burma to an intelligence officer in a top secret group in Washington D.C. is rather interesting.
Pilots flying various missions began seeing balls of light flying around, which appeared to be under intelligent control. On closer inspection, it could be seen that they were self-luminous orbs which often flew silently alongside aircraft with no visible means of propulsion, and upon approaching them, it was also observed that they were capable of extreme speeds and maneuverability, easily evading our aircraft, and far, far beyond anything we had at that time. Since we were flying missions in China, but the orbs didn't exhibit hostile intentions, they began to be called “Foo Fighters” by the crews there.
On several of my missions, I had very close contact with some of these orbs, and it was observed that the orbs, or whoever was controlling them, seemed for some reason to have a particular interest in me; and in a couple of instances it was observed by others that I actually seemed to be interacting with them.
Later, after being debriefed by a couple of intelligence officers, they discovered that I had certain unusual perceptic abilities – that I could perceive things beyond the normal body senses, and shortly after filing their report with D.C., I was on my way back to the States to become part of the Psy Corps.
About five years later, after a number of other interesting assignments, I was working at an extremely classified underground facility south of Roswell Army Air Field, in a secret part of the Carlsbad Cavern network, where quite a few of the orbs, ranging from approx. 30 to 45 inches in diameter in various states of damage and disassembly, were being analyzed, and attempts were being made in-conjunction with the foreign technology center at Wright-Pat to back-engineer parts of the technology within.
The group working in this underground facility was bussed in and out each day, and entered through a obscured and heavily secured entrance on the north side of the hills, an entrance that I believe was completely sealed and obscured many years ago, with the facility below now only accessible through the underground subway system which links a number of other super-secret underground facilities including the one at Dulce.
Just after midnight, in the early hours of 05 July, 1947, I left Roswell Army Air Field with a team heading to a crash site north of the base, about 42 miles north of town (site #1), and worked through the night with the retrieval team to get everything back to the base and under cover before morning, since we had to travel right through town to do so.
Later in the evening of the 5th, after some food and sleep, I met with a small group inside the main hangar where the wreckage was being kept, and the large round navigational array from the craft which had been pulled free from the wreckage was sitting on a table, with the group gathered around. I then began explaining what this array was and how it worked to a rather astonished group, and the next day (06 July, 1947), I was put on a flight with that particular piece of hardware bound for Muroc.

In Part II of this series, I asked a very simple question: “What happened to that evidence? And what keeps happening to it?
Some time later, after the events at Roswell, my service record was deleted along any traces of my existence in the military and Psy Corps, perhaps the same was done with others as well, and I began undergoing “treatment” at Muroc, now called Edwards AFB, to occlude my memories of events from Roswell and other projects I had been involved with.
This “treatment” was actually part of the MKULTRA program and included drugging with Scopolamine, hypnosis, electroshocking, repetitive recordings, and a number of other techniques, and I was to discover later that this was actually a massive program to occlude the memories of almost everyone who had been involved with the recovery operations – at all three sites.
At a later point in time, I will disclose more information about what actually went on at Roswell, but I can tell you now that the secret which has been hidden is much, much bigger than a single crashed spacecraft and its off-world occupants.
However, for those who believe that they were successful in deleting all records of my service in the military and Psy Corps and my involvement in these activities, and that there no remains “no evidence” of these events, I’ve got news for you...

A government and national media which will lie so repeatedly and continuously to its people about something as important at this, will surely lie to its people about a great many other things as well.
