New York City residents can now partake in a “Close Encounters meets the Ghost Busters” experience in Central Park, according to a Nov. 1, 2013 SB Wire press release.
The announcement from the Ghost Doctors indicates that paranormal investigators Pete Kandel and Stew Kandel will take “UFO seekers” through Central Park in the UFO Phenomena Tour to discover truths that are present in the iconic park.
The tour is slated to examine the history of UFOs, how to identify them, and how to conduct a UFO investigation.
Stew Kandel notes in the press release, “UFOs have been recorded throughout history from strange lights in the sky to unknown objects flying above our towns and cities. And a lot of people think that UFO sightings are just restricted to rural areas, but when sightings occur in large cities like New York, it just goes to show how ubiquitous this phenomena is.”
The Ghost Doctors website indicates because Central Park, an “843 acre oasis,” is in the heart of the city and has been around for nearly 150 years, it is “the ideal beacon for a UFO visitation.”
The website notes the tours last from 1 ½ to 2 hours in length and book to capacity quickly.
The next UFOPhenomena Tour in Central Park is scheduled for Nov. 8.
