Tolyatti, Russia was the scene of a UFO sighting on January 28, 2012 when several lights or lanterns were spotted moving slowly across the night sky above the city. These mysterious glowing objects were captured on camera by a witness who managed to record the incident for about ten seconds.
Real UFOs reported that the strange lights looked like lanterns, but the video does not show the objects closely enough for viewers to make that determination. The cameraman recorded no more than five bright white orbs at one time in the sky during the UFO sighting, sometimes fewer.
At times, the orbs appeared to burn with an orange glow lending the impression that they may have been nothing more than commonplace Chinese lanterns.
The witness stopped recording the UFO fleet once all five glowing objects winked out or disappeared from view. The remainder of the finished video consists of various stabilized, slowed-down or close-up images of the UFO sighting repeated for approximately two and a half minutes.
The original audio track that would have accompanied the video has been replaced with an instrumental track so it doesn't give any insight on the UFO sighting as it happened. The event took place in a populated area as evidenced by the presence of large buildings with multiple lighted windows beneath the UFO fleet itself.
