Common ferrofluid surfactants
The surfactants used to coat the nanoparticles include, but are not limited to:
* oleic acid
* tetramethylammonium hydroxide
* citric acid
* soy lecithin
These surfactants prevent the nanoparticles from clumping together, ensuring that the particles do not form aggregates that become too heavy to be held in suspension by Brownian motion. The magnetic particles in an ideal ferrofluid do not settle out, even when exposed to a strong magnetic, or gravitational field. A surfactant has a polar head and non-polar tail (or vice versa), one of which adsorbs to a nanoparticle, while the non-polar tail (or polar head) sticks out into the carrier medium, forming an inverse or regular micelle,respectively, around the particle. Steric repulsion then prevents agglomeration of the particles.

Please note that the drawing I portray of the Anti-Gravity Engine shows superfluid Helium 3 nuclei engaging in cooper pairs. The Black and White sided coin is drawn to illustrate what I call "dual axis rotation" or conical rotation (spin a coin on a table and observe the motion) One idea is to use 2 different superfluids of different density which will cause each other to rotate through displacement. This can also be used to "jump start" the engine (by spinning the craft like a coin and letting it rotate on an edge to get that dual axis rotation going)

Power to the people!
Nothing new here. The U.S. and other countries have had this technology for a long time. Do the research. The technology was surpressed by the "shadow government" and "corprate entities", along with the military.
They are quickly releasing all of this, "new found technologies", to the public eye due to the fact that they are nearing disclosure of the UFO quagmire, which is in reality the fallen angels.
Don't follow the delusion.

The vast majority of the human population seem to be obsessed with their own ego, and only want to get "rich" without regard to anything else. Like mad infantile children, they will violently slander and destroy the few who work to reveal these energy secrets. Envy, spite, and an extreme bias will cause them to socially castrate and commit character assassination against the ingenious, thus crippling them. If the inventor survives this, and perseveres, they can still never achieve. Once the prototype stage of development has been reached, the innovator will require a capital investment in order to bring about industrial production. At this level, the banking industry will purchase, steal or eliminate the person and all relevant notes and equipment to preserve a lucrative monopoly in hydrocarbon. Since the "Government" is only a legal firm that protects the interest of the most opulent elite fraction that owns the international monetary fund and federal reserve, (privately owned companies) they will go into action against the individual or group developing quantum zero point energy and gravity systems as "terrorist" or "enemy of the state". Thus the information will never be revealed without a major revolutionary change to the status quo, and a monumental leap in the level of emotional maturity of the average consumer. This is not likely to occur anytime soon. Banking interests direct education and all media to intentionally "dumb down" society, and organized religion keeps the majority of people sedated and preconditioned to summarily reject emergent ideas.
