Dozens of UFC fighters took to Twitter on Jan. 20 to discuss the San Francisco 49ers vs Atlanta Falcons NFL playoff game.

Many of the UFC stars seemed to be pulling for the 49ers to win, with just a handful rooting for the Falcons.

Derek Brunson, Urijah Faber and Erik Koch were among the many names cheering for San Francisco to pull out the victory.

"Moss !!! #49ers," Brunson tweeted. "The 49ers didn't panic & are back in the game . 17-14 Falcons . The pressure is now on the Falcons #SFvsATL."

"Man I'm loving @VernonDavis85 right now," Koch tweeted after 49ers tight end Vernon Davis made a game-changing stop in the third quarter. "Come on Niners we gotta get something going!"

Later in the day, Faber chimed in on the 49ers vs Falcons clash.

"Yeah buddy!! C'mon 9ers!!!" Faber tweeted.

UFC standout Brian Stann was one of the few MMA fighters who appeared to be cheering for the Falcons to come out on top.

"Wow, Julio Jones showing off some serious athletic ability, incredible. Hope Falcons can produce in 2nd half," Stann tweeted.

UFC star Danny Castillo chimed in to defend San Francisco 49ers field goal kicker David Akers after a missed attempt in the third quarter.

"Akers is a 6x pro bowler! Everyone luvd him last years. He's having an off season," Castillo wrote. "Give him a break! I hate the #unFaithful."
