The UFC returned to England on Saturday, February 16th for it's 7th event on Fuel TV. The event was highlighted by the Interim Bantamweight Championship bout between current interim champion Renan Barao vs. contender Michael McDonald. Also on the card was a featherweight contender bout between Cub Swanson and Dustin Poirer. The event feature many of the top fighters from the UK. Vaughan Lee managed to use his superior take down defense to earn a victory over Motonobu Tezuka by unanimous decision
Tom Watson and Stanislav Nedkov stood toe to toe in a 2 round brawl with Watson stopping Nedkov by TKO.
Andy Ogle showed off a much improved ground game and earned his first UFC victory by unanimous decision over Josh Grispi.
Danny Castillo used vicious ground and pound to earn an unanimous decision victory over Paul Sass.
Renee Forte upsets Terry Etim's in his return to the octagon with an unanimous decision.
Matthew Riddle over powdered Che Mills with his elite wrestling to earn a split decision victory.
James Te-Huna and Ryan Jimmo went to war for 3 rounds with Te-Huna winning by unanimous decision.
Gunnar Nelson and Jorge Santiago had a 3 round brawl with Nelson winning by unanimous decision.
Jimi Manuwa upsets Cyrille Diabate after the doctor called an end to the fight before the 2nd round after Diabate sustained a leg injury.
Cub Swanson and Dustin Poirier had a thrill 3 round battle with Swanson earning the unanimous decision victory.
Renan Barao and Michael McDonald were in a heated battle when Barao managed to catch McDonald in an arm triangle in the 4th round, earning a submission victory and retaining his interim belt.
